Nine exclusive four-bedroom townhouses which sit as part of a wider regeneration development adjacent to the new Atherton Leisure Centre.

The Council’s vision for the site was a comprehensive development that successfully integrates a modern leisure facility with a number of new homes, maximising site value and making a positive contribution to the local area.

Located within a gated access, each townhouse has secure parking and landscaped courtyard gardens. They are accessed via the courtyard and create the transition between the mass of the leisure centre and the existing Victorian residential villas to Atherton Road.
