This speculative scheme follows on from our previous phase 1 project with St Modwen at Stonebridge Business Park.
Stonebridge 52, has been designed with high environmental ambitions. With an EPC ‘A’ rating expected, plus electric vehicle charging points, the development will showcase how intelligent design principles can achieve a low carbon building.
The new warehouse and industrial unit will be set in a 2.77-acre plot with first floor office accommodation and 52 dedicated car parking spaces.
