This major regeneration scheme in North Liverpool emerged from a series of extensive consultations with the local planning authority, Government Office North West, CABE, local community organisations, end users and the public.

Our masterplan included a large modern supermarket, 60,000sq.ft of new retail space, a market hall, two drive-through restaurant units, several convenience stores, public realm improvements and improved pedestrian routes.

The first phase of the scheme has breathed new life into the neighbourhood, improving relationships with the surrounding residential, leisure, education and employment uses and providing the local community with a more sustainable future. Additional development sites have also been identified for future residential, leisure or education uses.
