Elderswell Retirement Village – Projects

With phase one recently completed, Elderswell provides much needed age-appropriate housing to the rural area of Turvey.

The project offers 130 age-appropriate homes, as well as state-of-the-art facilities in the village centre for both the residents and the local community. The village centre includes a restaurant, café, wellness centre (featuring a fitness studio, gym and Jacuzzi pool), and library all actively helps to encourage health and wellbeing through the social activities.

A key focus of Elderswell is to provide a carbon efficient development operationally, therefore the scheme features energy saving ground source heat pumps and solar panels.

The scheme is shortlisted for the 'Best Supported housing development – Rural/Suburban' category at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2023.
