Chamberhall Business Park – Projects

This vast 17-acre business park site will see phase 1 deliver 130,000 sq ft of multi-use, flexible industrial/warehouse units.

The initial phase includes 14 units, ranging between 25,000 sq ft and 2,500 sq ft, positioned in three terraces off a central boulevard, along with two larger detached self-contained units and a serviced development plot.

The site, which is north of the town centre has been allocated by the Council for employment for a number of years. It is seen as a strategically important development opportunity and is highlighted within the ‘Bury But Better – Vision and Development Strategy’, and forms part of Greater Manchester Authorities’ investment pipeline.

Future phases are planned which will accommodate a wider range of uses, including offices and leisure.
