Deva Point – Projects

On the site of redundant school land, an extra care development of high-quality, one and two-bedroom apartments, with several apartments specifically designed for full wheelchair accessibility has been delivered.

Local shops and facilities are only a short distance away. A new bistro, meanwhile, complete with full catering kitchen and hairdressers, is open to the wider community and residents alike.

With the local primary school on the doorstep, the bistro has become an active and well-used facility that helps to integrate the scheme into the community and provides a lively and social atmosphere for the residents.
