Pozzoni celebrates four promotions

11 January 2024

Pozzoni Architecture starts the year by announcing four key promotions.

Tania Croghan, Jacob Graves and Sophie Roberts have been promoted to associate roles in support of the senior leadership team, whilst also contributing to the wider sustainable growth of the practice. In addition, and in support of the practice’s technical design strengths, Richard Floyd has been promoted to the role of senior architectural technologist. All four are based in the Altrincham studio.

Since joining the practice in 2016 Tania has been designing and delivering education schemes from large public sector schools, to bespoke independent learning environments. Providing a creative, personable and solution-based attitude to every design process is Tania’s talent.

Jacob joined Pozzoni in 2015 as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant via the Pozzoni Academy. Fast forward nine years and he is now an integral part of the later living team working on projects which celebrate healthy ageing. He successfully strikes the right balance between design flair and functionality to create outstanding spaces for clients and residents alike.

Private housing is Sophie’s passion, and she joined the business in early 2019. Currently working on a prominent scheme in Manchester and low-energy homes being delivered to Passivhaus principles in Salford, Sophie is particularly accomplished in developing strong relationships with clients and wider project team members.

An architectural technologist having been with the practice since 2017, Richard has a range of experience across a number of sectors and brings a technically minded approach coupled with strong detailed design skills to every project. Acting as mentor to others in the practice Richard provides a truly positive contribution in developing the next generation of technologists.

Nigel Saunders, director, commented “Starting 2024 with this announcement is a superb way to begin the year. The director team has been hugely impressed by the contributions that Tania, Jacob, Sophie and Richard have each made during their time with the practice, as well as their enthusiasm for career development. We look forward to supporting them in their new roles moving forward and being an integral part of Pozzoni’s future for years to come.”
