LHC Framework Success
24 July 2026
Pozzoni has landed a standout result on the LHC Architectural Design Services (ADS2) Framework, not just securing a place but scoring impressively across multiple lots.
The practice ranked first on Lot 2: Education and Public Buildings, and second on both Lot 3a: Homes – £0–20 million (construction value) and Lot 3b: Homes – £20+ million (construction value), reinforcing its position within a highly selective group of architects shaping public sector development across London.
The ADS2 framework – a £75m, multi workstream programme developed with Southwark, Islington and Westminster Councils – is designed to open opportunities for innovative, community focused SMEs and micro practices, with over 90% of appointed firms falling into those categories.
Being ranked at the very top of the education and public buildings lot signals real confidence in Pozzoni’s ability to deliver thoughtful, people centred design across complex public sector environments. And those strong residential rankings reinforce the practice’s depth across housing, regeneration and placemaking.
The framework runs through to 2029, opening up a long runway of opportunities across London and the partnering boroughs.
It’s a proud milestone, and a testament to the team’s commitment to design that’s socially valuable.
