55 Victoria Street consists of 57 New York loft style luxury apartments, ranging from studio flats to split-level penthouse residences providing panoramic views over London’s skyline, alongside banking and retail on the ground floor. The existing 1980s office was stripped back to its steel frame, up to six floors added onto the frame and a new brick envelope built around it to provide residential accommodation alongside commercial space at ground floor.
Pozzoni acted as ‘executive architect’ on this award-winning project, working with contractor Sisk to deliver the complex mixed-use scheme. The successful remodelling of the scheme relied entirely on the accuracy and detail of our production information. The building has a number of exclusive, resident-only services including a 24-hour concierge, fully equipped gym and changing facilities, private car parking and an 8th floor Sky Garden from which residents can enjoy views of central London.
