Access is through a dramatic double height entrance foyer. Communal lounge and dining areas open out onto garden areas and balconies which capture sunlight throughout the day.
Sustainability issues are addressed through the four storey timber frame construction, rainwater harvesting and heat recovery technology.
Heath View has won the Residential Category at the RICS NW Awards 2011.
