Brookside
As part of a partnership between Arena Housingm NHS Central Lancashire and Lancashire County Council, Brookside involves the demolition of existing Lancashire County Council property and a replacement with 111 one and two bed Extra Care apartments, and disabled persons facilities for use by the surrounding elderly community. Designed along dementia principles, including a hydrotherapy pool, fitness suite, beauty salon, day care centre, library/IT room, multi-purpose/cinema room, treatment rooms and offices for NHS Central Lancashire.
