Willow Park HQ
The new HQ building allows Willow Park to consolidate their disparate local offices into one central location providing a new bespoke office for its 150 staff.
The building is constructed on the site of Willow Parks Cedars office on Poundswick land. It is designed a s two 3 storey wings arranged in an 'L' shape, linked by a glazed atrium space which provides the main circulation within the building and provides a series of breakouot/hub spaces on the upper floors.
The building is designed to address the prominent corner of Poundswick Lane and Woodhouse Lane with a dramatic cantilever roof reaching out over the entrance.
