Kings Reach, Stockport
Pozzoni completed the first phase of the Kings Reach development for Seddon Developments. The first phase comprised 24,000 ft ² of high quality B1 office accommodation which has been occupied buy an accountancy business. A further 12,000 ft ² unit was developed split into two 6,000 ft ² units.
The design features fully glazed entrance lobbies incorporating double height voids and a high specification though out.
