Alfreton Leisure Centre, Amber Valley
This scheme comprises the replacement and refurbishment of three existing leisure facilities at Alfreton, Ripley and Heanor in Derbyshire.
Each centre has a new 25 metre (five or six lane) pool and a learner pool, together with associated ‘changing village' facilities, new or refurbished sports halls, new fitness & dance studios and multi-purpose rooms.
Alfreton also has 2 new squash courts with moving partition walls, refurbished gymnastics practice halls and bowls hall. All three facilities have new parking, landscaping and external works.
