Stonebridge Park Industrial & Commercial Development, Liverpool
Working in collaboration with a comprehensive masterplan and design guide, a series of articulated and modelled elevations are developed to respond to the landscaped features of the site.
The building provides a positive addition to the front of the site when viewed from the A580 East Lancashire Rd - a main arterial route into Liverpool City Centre.
Pozzoni worked extensively with Liverpool Land Development Company and the Local Planning Authority to create a palette of materials for future developments on the site.
Stonebridge Park was runner up in 'Industrial Development of the year' at Estates Gazette Green Awards 2009.
