The concept - Design a new residential hamlet on an edge of town former cattle market.
The houses around the village green are designed to incorporate the details and proportions of the houses in the local town and villages. To the perimeter of the site are four courtyards of cottage style houses and barn structures to provide car parking.
The scheme provides 65, two to five bedroom homes.
