The creation of a high profile contextual apartment building within the conservation area of a busy Cheshire market town where high in importance is the consideration of the position within the local fabric of established leafy streets next to the historic Town Hall building.
The elevational treatment uses Cheshire brick and timbered bays in sympathy to the local context. On the more private courtyard, elevations are opened up with a series of French doors and balconies looking onto a sunny courtyard garden.
