This conversion of an old four storey City Centre building includes a basement cast iron framed warehouse as well as a listed Victorian public house/hotel.
The facade and floors of the old bonding house are retained, strengthening of the structural frame and construction of three additional floors over in a steel-framed structure with glazed curtain walling to the front and rear brick flank wall.
