Birchtree and Edwards Court, Wythenshawe

This redevelopment of the 8 storey building with 176 flats included external fabric repairs, a new roof, overcladding and enclosure of existing balconies. A new entrance ‘pod', perimeter fencing, external works and redecoration of communal hallways and corridors were also completed. Works were carried out with tenants in resident.
