We were commissioned to prepare feasibility option studies for potential uses for a Grade II Listed building in a Conservation Area which became vacant following completion of a new purpose built facility for the Media and Performing Arts Faculty. The project involved close liaison with Planning and English Heritage in order to design a proposal with their in-principle support ahead of preparation of a Planning/Listed Building application.
