Architectural Technologist, Altrincham (Ref: AT004)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our Altrincham studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of drawings, designs, specifications and schedules to suit design development and information release requirements. In addition, the role will involve assisting with client management and design team co-ordination.

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience, with a proven ability to design in accordance with statutory design requirements
  • Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD
  • Be client facing and confident to take part in meetings with project team members

Exceptional technical design skills and an ability to develop a project from RIBA Stage 2 onwards

 

Studio Administrator (Part-time – 15-20 hours pw), London (Ref: SA002)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised, friendly and professional Administrator to join our growing London studio. In this role, you will be responsible for providing extensive administrative support and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include greeting all visitors, ordering stationery/kitchen supplies and arranging internal/external meetings. The Studio Administrator will be a vital part of the team, providing secretarial support to team members and Directors.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role within a busy office environment
  • IT literate with confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Great communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on a variety of tasks

Housing Design Architect, London (Ref: HDA003)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced design Architect to join our London studio. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of housing design requirements and be an exceptional designer. The role also requires the ability to develop a scheme from RIBA stage 1 onwards and the ability to develop and refine a client brief.

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, with a proven ability to design in accordance with statutory design requirements
  • Excellent presentation skills, including an ability to use Revit, Photoshop and Sketch Up. In addition, experience using Lumion/podium would be preferred (or similar ability to portray work in 3D)
  • Be client facing and confident to lead design team and client meetings and presentations
  • Excellent hand-sketching skills are desirable

 

Graphic Designer, Altrincham (Ref: GD001)

We have an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified Graphic Designer to join our Altrincham studio. The successful candidate will have strong creative graphic skills and be conversant with leading software including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint and CMS Knowledge.

The position will have responsibility for driving the graphic standards across the business and in doing so maintaining the profile of the practice. The role will include the production of marketing collateral, bid documents, graphics for events, case studies and maintenance of the practice’s website.

Essential requirements:

  • Creative design skills
  • Adobe Creative Cloud software knowledge
  • Web/Intranet CMS knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
