Hare Hill – Projects

Providing extra care apartments and a community hub offering support for older people, this scheme was the first of its type in the town.

The development includes spacious social areas with secure and landscaped gardens, a seated outdoor dining area overlooking the adjacent park and views of the distant Pennine Hills.

Communal facilities are open to the public and are very popular, given the proximity to the nearby park, library and bowling green.
