The Mipim Property Fair - sunshine, short sleeves and plenty of stamina!
19 March 2010
With the sunshine, the med, a chic culture and over 18,000 visitors Mipim remains the carnival property fair to attend, and our trio of Pozzoni Partners, Nigel Saunders, Stewart Grant and Tony Bennett have worked hard to be part of both the work and party atmosphere - making best use of the limited time by adopting a round the clock work culture!
With a focused strategy and strong stamina they have attended a lot of useful meeting with established and potential clients and been involved in the important regeneration presentations by some of the big Local Authority players such as Birmingham and Salford.
Despite the recent economic downturn, Pozzoni have continued to retain strong partnerships, and as Stewart Grant comments this has served them well, sharing that 2we've had a great time, busy but exciting, and it's rewarding to see how many people want to talk to us about options for the future2.
As the guys shared - "It's a tough few days, but someone has to do it!"
