Pozzoni scoops Best Architect Award

Phil Morris, Architect with Pozzoni's Housing Team, has just won an award for his 'outstanding working relationship with Local Authority Building Control for Best Architect/Agent'.

The award was for client Wulvern Housing, on the Adlington Road scheme in Crewe, which is a development of 5 social affordable rent houses.�the scheme was completed in November 2009.

Phil worked with Cheshire East on the building regulations and the finalists for the award were Cheshire East, Cheshire West and Warrington.

As award ceremony was held on Friday 5th Debruary at Mere Golf Club.
