Objectives
The main brief was to provide a fully functional
building which would accommodate a state of the
art concrete production facility, offices and welfare
accommodation on a former colliery site.
Our View
We were keen to design a solution which would
provide the ultimate functionality along with a
corporate presence which would be in tune with
the company’s elevated position in the industry.
Pozzoni designed a linear building to house all aspects of the state of the art and unique in Europe manufacturing process that extends to 1/4 mile long.
The Results
The building was completed on time and on
budget and reflects the successful integration of a bespoke manufacturing process within a functional and cost effective building envelope.
