higher density use of brownfield land, we have

City centre regeneration projects, which include
new build and refurbishment, are an important
feature of our portfolio, but there is also a notable
shift to suburban infills and mill conversions in
satellite towns attached to the major conurbations.
Another feature of this sector is the emergence
of mixed use master planning.We are increasingly
working with Local Authorities and developers in
facilitating regeneration schemes on former
commercial and industrial brownfield sites, with
