Objectives
To test out the ideals of ‘Partnering’, which would
provide a workable philosophy for this and future
projects. Liaison between all the members of the
team along with the local residents was of
enormous importance to the client.
Our View
In order to involve the residents, we developed
new and innovative ways to encourage input from
the earliest stages, together with the opportunity
for personalised individual design choices as the
scheme progressed.
The Results
Team building at the outset helped to build mutual
confidence and trust between the residents, council,
architects and the builders, all of which resulted in a
high level of satisfaction to everyone involved. |
