An introduction to Academy

Academy is a unique initiative established to promote our continuous culture of learning and knowledge through partnerships with schools, colleges, universities and other partner organisations and encourage the next generation of leading architects, designers and technicians. It also benefits and develops our employees.

The concept behind the Academy is an umbrella that brings together internal and external learning over a variety of different topics from graduate training and architectural/technical qualifications to schools partnerships, mentoring and work experience. We want to actively share our individual practice knowledge in a wide variety of different ways.

As a practice we are committed to the development and evolution of individuals that are both interested in, and part of the built environment and have adopted a number of integrated strategies to provide structured support to expand and enhance both students and employees learning and knowledge.
