When I joined Pozzoni over 20 years ago I immersed myself in the culture of the business. What became clear to me was the unique approach to working relationships with clients: a determination to get under the skin of the client’s business. To support this, we gradually established sector heads who have become experts in their particular area and share the passions and issues facing their clients. As a Practice we tend to go that little bit further and listen that little bit harder. The result is the creation and development of a built environment which is totally unique to the brief, timeless and ingenious. It is personal architecture and it has given us a quiet success which extends beyond the region where we are physically based.
Established in 1972, we are a very human architects Practice. The first architects in the country to receive an Investors In People accreditation. Employing over 90 staff in disciplines which include Commercial, Retail, Care and Leisure; we are as committed to training and development as we are to understanding our client’s brief.
The net result is a business working in partnership with clients; there is a trust and an understanding which makes for enduring professional relationships. Over 80% of our business is consistently from returning clients.
With a turnover which continues to grow at a managed 20% year on year, taking on projects from £50,000 to £60 million; this is an era which is seeing the business embrace its potential.
